    HOF best gems to use

    Good day everyone.
    I am finally at the stage where i feel i might be able to hold my own on HOF with peoples help with buffs and shine use. However, i am at a complete loss at to what 4 gems to use because i have heard a lot of people say that the debuff gems are useless.

    It would be great if someone (or a few people) could let me know what gems they use.
    My current thought is the following;

    Artifact Gem (For a quick artifact)
    Powerbank Gem (For the extra attack damage)
    Over upgrade Gem
    SXD Gem

    I'm assuming you are talking about cults? For culting, I would recommend arti, overup, helper, and slow gem. When you have enough dps, you can take off helper, but it's very useful for helping you be a bit more greedy at the start so you can bank harder.

    I would not recommend powerbank or sxd gem, as they won't be useful in a cult (sxd is more of a late game gem). In an ideal world, you would have spent all of your minerals by r105-109 to survive the rest of the game, so powerbank ends up being useless. SXD gem is useless because you aren't making any sxd units for cult so it's not really that important.

    A cult is solo eternal dt/hy options at a minimum. Often get buffed in party

    Cult: a system of religious veneration and devotion directed towards a particular figure or object.

    SXD is actually quite good in cults. You don't need to make superhiddens. The sxd rank itself will provide a decent damage boost. Relative effect is higher with fewer units, recommended if you use under 6 legends.

    OverUpg is effectively +30ad.

    Powerbanker is a cheaper +50ad if you can have your build setup by r70

    Artifact may be a little unreliable. It also conflicts a bit with banker if you are 100% committed to rolling it.
    If you're successful, it'll allow +1 torment.

    Since melee isn't optimal to make in solo, slow gem isn't really needed.
    The crafting debuffs are still a pain so i would recommend silence instead.


    You initial choices were alright. Replace one of them with silence based on personal preference/play style.

    my suggestion if you trying get hof 130 you can use

    1.sd gem

    2.silence gem

    3.arti gem

    4.slow gem

    and if you had accel+15 rune is better

    Any buff deleting gem is almost useless, since you get double debuff on HOF. And if debuff is not named is as first place, then this gem is working, so its usage is more than halved.

    Best option i thnk is:

    1: Artifact (to increase your mineral gain)
    2: SXD (for one highend unit)
    3: Yellow one for double unit from card lottery (cannot remember its name now) for more unit for free.
    4: Powerbanker or easy rank

    just did it with sxd, silence, ensnare, and golden card, one person buffing but left at round 50

    having both buff removal gems definitely helped in the beginning and golden card helped keep my bank going. grabbed xk at round 80 and it was smooth sailing until round 129 where I nearly failed with .5 second left. wasn't really paying attention and one fruit remained that activated it's 40% invul shield with XK on the other side of the field with a couple seconds left. luckily it dropped the shield in time for my in range units to kill it.

    ending units: XK, 2x craynor, 1x K5, 1x Selendis, 2x Gorgon, 3 Flower, Artifact
